Summer Camp Love
If anything is more obvious than these two lovebirds’ unconditional love for each other, it’s the incredible community they’ve built around them. From the start, our conversations about their celebration were focused around community. And when you’ve been together for over a decade and have spent your lives making the world a better place, you build a hell of a community.
Harper & Conor
Harper & Conor had dreamt of a multi-day, summer-camp-themed wedding for years, and that’s exactly what they got. Deer Creek Mountain Camp provided the perfect setting, with their multi-day rental option and on-site guest lodging.
Hitched AF jumped in at the 90-day mark to spot check the plans that were already in place, recommend and secure vendors for the pieces that remained, and to execute those plans so that Harper & Conor could enjoy time with their friends and family without worrying about the logistics.
Wedding Management
This charismatic couple has built an amazing community around them, and while we kept the weekday, summer-camp wedding fairly intimate for family and close friends, they hosted a second, larger celebration at the Mercury Cafe that weekend, and it was a rager!

We worked with Conor and his good friend, Isaac Slade of the band The Fray, to surprise Harper and their guests with a super-secret private concert, which ended with Isaac serenading Harper & Conor as they shared their first dance to his rendition of Tiny Dancer.

As guest favors, they provided reusable wine tumblers that guests could customize with stickers during cocktail hour. Bonus: guests could use their tumbler at the bar all night, preventing a bunch of plastic waste!

Harper & Conor acted as summer camp counselors, complete with custom camp counselor t-shirts, checking guests into their bunks as they arrived and organizing olympics-style games over their 3-day celebration.
